库恩陨石坑（Kuhn）是位于月球背面南极附近的一座小撞击坑，其名称取自德国化学家及生物化学家里夏德·库恩（1900年-1967年），2009年1月22日被国际天文学联合会正式接受。

该陨坑西侧靠近维舍特陨石坑、西北偏北毗邻拉韦朗陨石坑，科赫尔陨石坑及斯维德鲁普陨石坑则分别位于它的东侧和南面1。其中心月面坐标为84°29′S 152°29′W / 84.48°S 152.48°W，直径16.61公里2，深度约2.66公里3。
库恩陨石坑外观呈圆状，东南侧有一处向外的小突角。坑壁边沿尖峭、完整，沿东侧坑覆盖有一座小陨坑。库恩陨坑坑壁最大高出周边地形620米3，由于地处南极，其坑底永久笼罩在黑暗中。
